We had the flooring(vinyl planking about 3 years ago. It is the best thing we ever did. The floors still look beautiful.50 floors you are the best.!!!

I ORDERED CARPET FOR MY FAMILY ROOM AND HARDWOOD FLOOR FOR MY KITCHEN IN THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER.

I DON'T HAVE MY CARPET BECAUSE THE SALESMAN DIDN'T ORDER ENOUGH.

MY KITCHEN WAS INSTALLED BUT THE INSTALLERS SCRATCHED UP THE FLOOR PUTTING THE REFRIGERATOR BACK. THEY HAD TO ORDER 3 MORE BOXES OF WOOD. ITS DECEMBER 10TH AND I DON'T HAVE MY FLOORS!

I almost didn't call 50 Floor because your add seemed too good to be true. You were offering me: 60% off carpet, an additional $300 off for Black Friday and free installation.

I thought you would just jack up the prices and over charge me. The representative assured me she wouldn't do that. Then offered me a carpet at a price that was a little over what I wanted to pay, but she assured me it was worth it. I paid half down, but I didn't feel good about the amount of money I paid for the quality of carpet I got, especially when I was supposed to be getting 60% off the carpet, an additional $300 for Black Friday and free installation.

So I called carpet places in Orlando and I found the same exact carpet for only $1.09 per sq ft and $2.39 installed with upgrade padding, therefore if I had them install it, paying for installation, the total price would be only $717 and that was with me adding to the sq ft of what your representative said I would need, she said I needed 280 some sq ft and I told this other company I needed 300 sq ft just to be safe.. The amount I was charged for the same carpet at 50 Floor was $856.

She wrote it up that the carpet was $1982, she gave me a $449 discount for the 60%,$250 for something I can't read her writing, $300 off for Black Friday and an additional $127 managers discount, for a total of $856, is what I was charged. It all looked good on paper until I researched the carpet and found out how much it really cost.

Horrible customer service didnt get service that I paid for lying salesman and lying assistant manager My floors were installed they did not pull up the old floors they put the new floors down on my old Floors the new towel rip two days later its a month later and I havent heard from anybody and they pretend they care about you if I was in a Caucasian neighborhood and I spent more money than they did give a damn but because youre African-American in a poor neighborhood my cash still matters in there blowing me off and nobody wont respond this company sucks ***

Additionally, Mr. Nicolette was understanding and gracious after we had made our choice of flooring and hed measured the rooms.

Unfortunately, we decided against the installation due to our financial limitations. Being out of work determines our budget at this time, so we will be happy to move forward with this company/Mr.

Nicolette when we have saved enough funds to have exactly what we want. Thank you for helping us set our goal.

Had asign contract with them took forever for them to come out when come they did nothing they have been paid I only want my money back a person is only as good as there word we ended up doing the job ourself so we could get the house back in order good luck if you get them to work for you. sassy55@***.rr.com

Not happy with final results floor still makes noise when walked on paid good money to have all sub flooring replaced. Installer has been back but not fixed

Just a few months ago 50 floor totally installed our house,it was lots of money for us.We have several boards buckling and a closet that can not be opened or closed.It is a sliding mirror.I have made the calls with promises of returning calls...nothing.Please help

This company is as sleazy as it gets! The way their contact is worded...their installers can completely ruin every base board in your house and they are not liable, even if it is clearly blatant

negligence on the installer's part.

You will be left to float the bill. Once you sign your contract you will never hear from the sales person again, so ask your questions while they are still standing there! The flooring will click and clack under your every step, but they won't care about that either.

They will "rip up your

existing quarter round and replace with new" but what they don't tell you is the new quarter round will only be primed and unpainted, so you will have to float that bill as well. READ the fine print exceptionally well because there are many things this company can get away with destroying, and they truly do not care!

I am having issues getting someone to address my issues with an install that happened June 26th. I reached out and had an appointment scheduled for July 3rd.

There was no call and no show for the person that was scheduled to come back out to address the issue. It is now 7.8.2020 and I have not had anyone call me back after the several messages I have left.

This is unacceptable. I have been patient but I need a resolution today.

Hired this company to put down hardwood floors for me a disaster. The job was supposed to start on the 29th so let's begin with the story two of their workers came out and stated we are just dropping off the wood today and will be back tomorrow.

Ok second day came was to arrive at 8am no showed up so at 8:30 here come the so-called Supervisor by the name of Mike stated he was here because the two guys never showed up. So here he comes with some guys that it looked like he picked them up from a corner somewhere. Just saying stay away from this company.

Two day jobs turned in to a week. Had to hire another company to get my house back together.

If I could give 5 negative stars I would. I spent $7000+ to have a terrible product installed. The new super tough - no scratch laminate flooring was supposed to be the Best - Its the Worst!!!

Now 50 Floor wont stand behind the product they installed!!! Im now stuck with a crap floor for years to come.

If you want to be disappointed- hire 50 Floor!

Update: So it seems if we dont walk on the floor or put normal furniture on the floor - it will look beautiful and not show any wear.

Thank goodness the manager came over and helped us so much. I guess well just live in another house so the floor that 50 Floor told us would be so great and durable wont get any worse.

Trust me - Im going to have to redo this floor and it sure as *** wont be with 50 Floor!

50 Floor - The Company that DOESNT stand behind their work.

Thanks so much for screwing me out of $7000.
