Be very careful dealing with this company. Shady and dishonest.

I will not do it again. The salesman first tried to tell me there was little to no difference in the carpet padding they offered, but then later to close the deal and match a competitive offer, he agreed to "upgrade" us from the 6 lb padding to the 8 lb padding. On the day of installation, the installer showed up with the wrong padding. I called the office twice and both times was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then the call was disconnected.

I called the salesman who sold me the carpet, and he replied via text message that he could not talk because he was in front of a customer. By the way, the installer showed up for a two-man job ALONE, so I had to disassemble the queen size bed and help move the furniture out of the two bedrooms. Customer service from 50 Floor was NON-EXISTANT after the sale was made.

When I did finally get in touch with someone from the company, they offered less than $200 as compensation for bringing and installing the wrong padding. The only other option offered was to reschedule the installation 3 weeks later (first available date).

User's recommendation: buy from another company.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
