Had laminate flooring installed in 11/13 in my living room - sometime in 2014 noticed it had started to buckle (in an area that was covered by furniture). Went back and forth trying to get someone out to look at it (not their fault I have been very sick).
Kept seeing more places buckling around the room. Found out the person I was emailing with has left the company, new person informs me today that after ONLY looking at the pictures I had emailed to them, that it's a moisture problem. Of course it's not covered by any warranty but for $2934 they would be oh so glad to replace the entire floor! How do you keep moisture off of a floor??
Am I not supposed to mop my floor? Swiffer it? Am I not allowed to drink in my own living room in case I spill some 'moisture' on the floor? This flooring is sub par and defective.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to going with 50 floors. Never again!
