I am looking for who can help me get our floors completed and completed correctly. They are beautiful where they are done the correct way.

Below is how the process has gone and attached are some pictures.

We had already moved all the furniture out except for one 1 table and the china cabinet.

Monday March 22 - We were told they would Call Between 8 and 10 - They called around 11. Said they would be there around 1 they had to put someone's furniture back in and then they would be at our house. They showed up about 3:30. I asked to see stain samples and Polly samples.

They told me that was the sales reps job. Then stained samples to the floor.

Wednesday March 24th, they came back around 3:30. The floor was not dry enough so they told us they would be back on Thursday at 1. I asked again to see stain samples and Polly samples.

They told me that was the sales reps job. Then stained more samples to the floor.

Thursday March 25th, they came around 3:30 or 4:00 and put down another coat of Polly and told me they would be back to put down shoe molding at the door and fireplace. Never heard from them again.

Tuesday March 30th Tim reached out to the sales rep for help due to me never hearing from them again. They had not returned to put down Shoe molding.

They had installed the Toilet crooked. They had missed spots on the floor with no Polly. Spots on the floor were ruff. They had halfway done around the stove and refrigerator with 2 different colors of stains and no Polly.

They had messed up our new paint and put nicks in the walls. Shortly after the boss man Jose called and told me he would meet me at the house on Wednesday at 11:30 and look over everything. He showed up at 3:00 and we went over everything and he agreed to meet me on Thursday at 2:30 with his crew and they would sand the floors and fix toilet and shoe molding.

Thursday April 1 The crew arrived around 2:00 and they removed the stove and refrigerator and began to correct sand and redo the Polly.

Monday April 5 Tim sent Jose some pictures of an area in between the kitchen that does not have any poly and looks like a big spill where it looks like the stain Is 2 different colors. I am also still not happy with the Stove or refrigerator area due to if we ever get a different size stove or refrigerator the floor will be 2 different colors and it will be obvious.

There is also hair in the floor at the front door. Tim can see where Jose read the message but never responded. Other than these spots the floor is beautiful. I just want them fixed and fixed correctly so we can get back to our home and back to normal life.

I feel like we paid an extremely lot of money for this and I just want the job done correctly. Just and FYI communication is not good at all. If they are running late they should let someone know.

We have jobs to do also. Who can help us with this matter?

Thank You,
