the SALESMAN assured us we were buying TOP QUAUITY flooring , I paid what I thought was a lot at $1900.00 for flooring for a small bedroom but wanted quality and was willing to pay for it. The floor is peeling and rising after only 5 months.
when I called I was told it was our "fault" as we must have put water on the floor (but we did not) they want to "repair" using the same poor material . After many minutes I finally got the customer relations "manager" on the phone, She was no more help than the first person.
I asked for the name and phone # of the President of the company and suddenly was disconnected. VERY UNHAPPY , I spent lots of money , got a defective floor and was told it was all my fault
